There are two types of FRP grating that can be used for the anti-slip stair treads for outdoor stairs, slippery applications, or areas with high corrosion (industrial, chemical, or marine).

Pultruded FRP Grating is the best solution for load, being able to sustain significant weights (see pultruded grating load tables on the technical specs page). Pultruded fiberglass grate costs more the molded FRP grate and may be unnecessary in some situations.

Molded FRP Grating is an inexpensive solution for stairways suitable for outdoor and indoor applications. Molded Fiberglass Grating has less load capability, but more resin (see Molded Fiberglass Grating Tech Specs), so is able to handle more corrosion than pultruded fiberglass grating.

Fiberglass structural products that are not kept in stock generally take 2-5 weeks for delivery.
