Shipping

All in-stock fiberglass products ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Other FRP products generally ship in 2 to 5 weeks. For fabrication jobs, extra time will be required. If you need your order expedited, please call for quotations on quicker delivery times.

We ship to anywhere in the USA or Canada. For international destinations, please inquire.

When you place an order, we will give you a shipping quotation based on the destination zip code and product total weight. Shipping prices are based on commercial destinations, with forklifts or other ways of unloading the product. For other types of deliveries, please visit the Shipping Options page for additional costs.

NOTE: If the shipping estimate on the shopping cart is highly innaccurate (e.g. residential or extremely rural locations), we will contact you with a new shipping quotation before billing your credit card or shipping the products.

Returns Policy

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Unless the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.), you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the shipping and waive the restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending the items with the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
